Yeti keeps a a handle on managerial diseconomies.  They do not have their product mass produced like a few other companies.  Like I have mentioned before, you must apply to be a Yeti dealer.  In essence, they keep demand for their products high because they are not the easiest to find.  The Yeti company keeps their business in the medium size unlike Coleman Coolers. 

Although, Yeti is doing well, the threat of substitutes is still a large concern.  No matter how great their business model is it can be crushed by competitors.
